best to help you. Please note that we are not Apple support. While we
are happy to help you unfreeze your iPhone, the Apple Store would be
better suited to helping you with learning how to use your iPhone.

you want us to Jailbreak or perform other software modifications,
call us for a quote.
Water
Damage
If
your iPad has water damage, DO NOT OPEN IT YOURSELF!
The
Apple store will replace water damaged iPads (even if they don’t
work) for a fee
If
you have already opened it, too late, you are ineligible for
replacement, we’ll see what we can do, but it’s unlikely to be
salvageable.
Please
note that with Water Damage, we will do our best to clean out and dry
your iPhone, identify which parts need to be changed and repair it,
however it will not be covered under any warranty.
